I have the right to refuse to draw any commission for any reason.

If you do not have a reference photo of some sort (could be full reference photo, one drawing, or even a picrew), I will not take your commission unless you order a design.

Payment can be done through Paypal (alternatives can be discussed if you do not have access).

Payment must be sent upfront. Payment plans can be discussed for prices above $50

Commissions I do will be posted to my social media unless asked otherwise.

You are allowed to use my art in profile pictures or headers, but only with credit. Never claim it as your own.

When using a pngtuber, credit should be added in the "About Me" page on your streaming site of choice.

Do not use my art for monetary gain, such using it on shirts or prints you plan to sell (personal use is shirts/prints/charms are fine). Commercial fee can be discussed if you would like to use it for commercial use. This does not include PNGTuber's as the art itself is not what is bringing the income.

Refunds cannot be given after I have sent a sketch.

Please be clear in what you want. You are, however, allowed to give me full artistic liberties.

I will send several works in progress throughout my process, please tell me if there is anything you would like changed throughout the process, preferably during the sketch phase.
